Special Notes about Comprehensive Examples
Here are some special notes about examples in Table 1:
-
Some Swath files use dimension map. Please click
here to know how to handle them.
-
For non-geographic projection Grid files, IDL and MATLAB
examples need additional geo-location inputs and click
here to know how to generate them.
-
LAMAZ projection Grid cannot be handled by all three tools
and please click here for some explanation.
-
The color bars in IDL plots are not generated by our batch
scripts and click here to know the tips.
-
The NCL plots are provided in PDF and some browsers like Firefox
may not display the PDF plot inside browser properly. In that
case, please right click on the NCL plot link and save it first on your
computer. Then, open it with your PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat.
-
To get a zoomed image for IDL, follow the instruction in
comment from IDL source codes.
-
If no links are provided in codes or plots, we have no
good solution yet for those products.
-
Some MATLAB examples require 64-bit version of MATLAB
and click here for details.
-
p stands for polar view. z stands for
zoomed-in view. m stands for Swath dimension map file that
provides lat/lon information.
